  • Unit will not turn on.
  • Clicking, popping or crackling noises in your audio:
  • Audio plays back at a faster or slower rate than expected.
  • No audio to analog outputs.
  • SynchroLock LED does not illuminate.
  • Output is too loud for my monitoring equipment.
  • The selected Sync Source is flashing, and the INT LED is illuminated.
  • The Sync Source LED is flashing alternately between INT and the selected Sync Source.
  • I’m only getting half as many channels of conversion as expected, and channels are not routed as I would expect.
  • The Aurora Remote Control Software will not open or opens but does not allow parameters to be changed.
  • The Aurora firmware updater fails, reporting "there in no connected Aurora".

Try running the Aurora Remote Control software, which can be downloaded from http://www.lynxstudio.com/download.html. Launch the application and click on one of the Trim parameter buttons for an analog input or output and see if you hear a click (relays switching) on the Aurora. If not, or if the Aurora Remote Control software will not open - try the troubleshooting steps above.

If the Aurora Remote Control software will operate, reboot and try running the firmware updater again.
