  • Unit will not turn on.
  • Clicking, popping or crackling noises in your audio:
  • Audio plays back at a faster or slower rate than expected.
  • No audio to analog outputs.
  • SynchroLock LED does not illuminate.
  • Output is too loud for my monitoring equipment.
  • The selected Sync Source is flashing, and the INT LED is illuminated.
  • The Sync Source LED is flashing alternately between INT and the selected Sync Source.
  • I’m only getting half as many channels of conversion as expected, and channels are not routed as I would expect.
  • The Aurora Remote Control Software will not open or opens but does not allow parameters to be changed.
  • The Aurora firmware updater fails, reporting "there in no connected Aurora".

The Sync Source LED is flashing alternately between INT and the selected Sync Source.
This condition generally indicates that the device connected to the Sync Source selected has been set to slave to the Aurora. Since both devices are operating as a clock slave, the Aurora will search unsuccessfully for a signal to lock to. Correct by setting either the Aurora or the connected device to Internal.
