  • Running an ASIO application and bit-depth says 32-bit in Lynx Mixer despite project bit-depth.
  • I’m using the AES16 / AES16e in Dual Wire mode, recording at 192KHz, but the Digital In Sample Rate reported in the Lynx is 96KHz – is this correct?
  • The Lynx Mixer reports a sample rate of 22k when I first boot into Windows. Why?
  • I cannot change the clock source in the Lynx Mixer – it keeps reverting back to the previous setting
  • My computer is not recognizing the Lynx card. What could be wrong?
  • I installed your Version 2/ WDM drivers and now I’m not getting meter activity in my application.
  • I get clicks and pops when I increase my sample rate to 96k. Is there a compatibility problem?
  • When I log into my Windows 2000/XP computer as an Administrator everything works fine. When I log in as a User, I cannot use my AES16. When launching the Lynx Mixer, I get an error message: “No mixer device drivers available.”
  • My audio output is way too loud.
  • After installing OS X driver build 46 or above, I get Kernel Panics when launching or closing my audio software.

Clock settings can only be changed when no audio applications or processes are accessing the Lynx card drivers. Close any open audio applications or halt any audio processes that cause the card to be recording or playing before changing clock settings in the Lynx Mixer program.

In Windows, it is possible to enable clock changes when the driver is active by selecting from the Lynx Mixer: Settings > Advanced > Allow Clock Change if Active.
