Lynx Studio Technology Unveils New Website

The New York AES Show marked the online debut for a completely new website for Lynx Studio Technology. As a prelude to the company’s 10th anniversary in 2008, the new site, at www.lynxstudio.com, provides product, user and support information in an easy to navigate format.

“The new Lynx website was one of our primary goals for 2007. We wanted to upgrade our look to match and complement the quality of our products. This new site was created from the ground up with the customer’s informational needs in mind,” stated Phil Moon, VP Sales and Marketing.

The two primary themes of the site are information and support. Customers can easily read about any product, see the specs and read the manual, and compare the models with one another. The pre-purchase information is intuitive and easy to read. Product reviews, frequently asked questions (FAQ), user stories and application notes help to answer as many questions as possible. A dedicated Lynx forum is also available for asking Lynx end-users, even Lynx engineers, questions to help make the best possible buying decision.

The extensive support section provides multiple levels of assistance. Tutorials take end users through the set-up and initial use process. Application-specific topics provide quick fixes for the most common user problems. End users who require added support or phone assistance can start the process here or get the contact information needed for immediate support.

“While the old Lynx site provided excellent information, it looked as if it was invented in the last century,” added Moon. “Which, it was. The new site lets you see any product, download, customer support section or other information in just two clicks. The navigation makes it extremely easy to use and the overall look is quite pleasing.”
