Lynx Studio Technology Announces
Awards for International Distributors

The Anaheim NAMM show was the occasion for Lynx Studio Technology to debut the company's first annual Lynx Excellence Award for Distribution (LEAD). These awards, presented to Lynx international distribution partners, recognized accomplishments in five categories:

The Top New Distributor Award is presented to the distributor making the most impact on sales, marketing and Lynx penetration. Distributors who came on board in 2005 were automatically qualified. Lynx's Top New Distributor for 2005 was Audio Chocolate of Australia.

Top Marketer of the Year goes to the distributor showing the most market presence through advertising, public relations, trade show participation, website, printed literature, etc. Digital Broadcast Systems of Germany earned this award for 2005.

Best Increase in Sales is self-explanatory. This is the distributor who showed the greatest percentage increase in 2005. Optima Distribution / Multimedia Club of Russia is our recipient for 2005.

The Overachiever of the Year award takes some explanation. This is given to the distributor whose Lynx sales were the largest compared to their country's gross domestic product. For 2005, Sweden's Leyman Music was the Overachiever of the Year.

Finally, the premier award is the Distributor of the Year. Several criteria are taken into account, including overall sales volume and the company's effort to build the Lynx brand in their territory. For 2005, the Lynx Distributor of the Year was HHB Communications of the UK.

"A large part of our growth has been fueled by the professional, aggressive and innovative work of our distributors. In 2005, these award winners and many other international partners worked very hard to support our existing PCI products as well as the introduction of the very successful Aurora converters," stated Phil Moon, vice president sales and marketing.
