Bit of a scary topic here- The Hilo shut itself off and it would not turn back on by pressing the front blue lit button. I had to turn it off via the power switch. It turned on normal after that but then it happened again later in the day. It's never done this before and I am a little freaked out. We did just update to El Capistan but I don't think that explains why it's shutting off like that. 

Any support would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Happened two more times tonight. I have a lot of work coming up and don't know what I am going to do. Does this sound like it's going to have to be an expensive repair?

There are a few things you can try, but it sounds like it might need service.  Please email support@lynxstudio.com or call Paul @ 714-545-4700 x 206 and we can walk you through a few tests.
