I have an old AES16-G (PCI), S/N 2407062288, and an even older XP computer, neither of which have been used in quite a while. Yeah, I know, but the computer is never connected to the Internet, so I'd like to get some use out of both of them.

I find the following files in my archive of old drivers:
V2Setup019c.exe
L2Update23b.exe
Searching the Lynx site, I find
V2Setup19g.exe
L2Udate24.exe
V2Setup19g.exe appears to be only for PCIe. Is that correct?
Is it safe to use L2Update24 with V2Setup019c?

Thank you.

That card is still supported with the latest drivers and should still work with Windows XP and the old LMixer.exe (the new LynxMixer.exe doesn't support the AES16, but the old LMixer.exe still is included for the older cards).  You can use V2Setup23i for the driver.  We haven't issued any new firmware for the AES16 in many years, so I doubt you would need to update the firmware.  Once you have the driver loaded you can see what firmware is on the card and if it is worth it to bother to try and upgrade it.

Update: I tried V2Setup23i and it would not install properly under XP. So I reverted to V2Setup019c and Device Manager was happy.
