HI.

I have the AES16 card and after I changed the motherboard/Ram and processor, the card does not show up anymore, the drivers install as if the card was there, but the firmware says "unable to create service L" update"+ "Unable to start service L2 Update" "restart computer". The third message says: " Need signed digital driver for L2Update.sys" Blocked by Windows (10) Get signed version.

Any help here?

It also says: Open Kernel Driver failed?

L2 Update is for the firmware update. You should not runt hat until the driver is successfully installed.

Sounds like you may be running into an issue with Microsoft'as new driver signing requirements. Which driver version were you attempting to install.

You can try this workaround:

You can also Disable driver signature enforcement on Windows 10 by these methods

Temporarily
1. Press and hold the Shift key on your keyboard and click the Restart button.
2.Choose Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings and click the Restart button.
3. When your computer restarts you’ll see a list of options. Press F7 on your keyboard to select
Disable driver signature enforcement.
4. Your computer will now restart and you’ll be able to install unsigned drivers.

Permanently
1. Press Windows Key + X to open Power User Menu. Select Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu
2. Once the Command Prompt open, enter bcdedit.exe /set nointegritychecks on and press Enter.
3. To enable driver signature enforcement back again, open the Command Prompt as administrator and enter
bcdedit.exe /set nointegritychecks off

Alternatively
1. Start Command Prompt as administrator.
2. When Command Prompt starts enter the following lines: bcdedit.exe -set loadoptions DISABLE_INTEGRITY_CHECKS
3. Close Command Prompt and restart your PC
4. To enable driver signature enforcement open Command Prompt as administrator and enter the following:
bcdedit -set loadoptions ENABLE_INTEGRITY_CHECKS
