We have posted an instructional video for the new Lynx Mixer. This mixer is included with the latest driver builds for the AES16e and Aurora/TB (thunderbolt), and reflects a significant departure in form and function from the previous mixer versions. If you own an AES16e or Aurora/TB, it is highly recommended to take a look:

I can't tell you how happy I am you guys finally made a Digital Mixer as good as RME's, now all you need to make something as awesome as their DigiCheck.

The video looks great, but I'm a bit puzzled.
When I do a search on your site to download the latest AES16e software it only shows the 5/2/2014 firmware (which I already installed) and the 3/27/2014 (V2 build 21) drivers (which I already installed).

Where are the new drivers for the AES16e shown in the video?

Thanks,

Steven

Two helpful hints:
1) If you have the most recent drivers but they still look old
Remove your current shortcut or taskbar pin and replace it by using the link from the Start menu
2) If your routing of audio does not work, try restoring defaults
