Anyone using an aurora with thunderbolt card on a thunderbolt 3 machine (using apple's thunderbolt 1/2 to 3 adapter)?

Trying to migrate to my imac pro and it will not see the aurora. The adapter works for every other thunderbolt 1/2 device I have.

I've reached out to support about this, but have not heard anything and can't see any reason why this should not work.

Thanks!

Good day Mike!
I wonder, why the slot with LT-TB is present connector linear power supply?
In other modules (USB, Dante) it is missing.

Thanks!

Hi! The DC IN connector is to connect an external power supply ONLY IF a downstream TBT device needs to be bus powered.
