Hello,
I buy a used lt-usb card and I have problems to make it work properly.
I have an aurora 16 that I updated to the latest version 28, the drivers of the card lt-usb = 3.34, a laptop lenovo g50-70.
My problem is that the lt-usb card is recognized in aurora remote but remains in gray mode.
In my DAW the driver asio lynx usb is visible but does not work. I attach some screenshots, thank you for helping me.

Let’s try restoring defaults on the Aurora and see if that helps.

Here are the steps:

1. Power down the Aurora

2. Disconnect the USB cable

3. Pull the AC power cable

4. Press and hold the Sample Rate button while plugging the unit back in.

5. Wait about 2 seconds, release the Sample Rate button

6. Power up the Aurora with the front panel switch.

7. Set TO ANALOG OUT to "LSLOT IN"

8. Reconnect the USB  cable

Then launch ARC and test.

If that still does not help, have you tried a different USB cable?

Hi Paul Erlandson,

I followed your advice to the letter, and I still have the same problem.
In ARC, sync source: ltslot lt-usb remains in gray mode, I can not change anything.
In Aurora usb control panel, aurora 16 is recognized but remains in gray mode as well.
I downloaded the latest firmware from the aurora and I installed it from the USB card,
all went well, but checking in ARC, it shows me fimrware rev 31. Is this correct this ? knowing that I have intaller version 28.
I hope my usb card has no problem. She is recognized in my DAW but does not work.

31 is correct.
you need to change the Sync Source to Internal though. Disconnect USB cable, change Sync Source, power cycle, then reconnect USB cable.
