Hello,

I'm having trouble chaining two Aurora 8s using the AES i/o, one of them has the LT-USB card.

I can record 16 channels, but when I send audio to outputs 9-16, nothing happens.
Is there a specific configuration I might be missing out?

I tested on Win10 and OSX. My DAW is PT12. Both devices are firmware updated to 28.
Thanks

I followed the same steps in this post

http://www.lynxstudio.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=6126&KW=chain+lt-fw&PID=33786&title=daisy-chaining-aurora-8-and-16-using-ltfw#33786

With the exception that I don't have a LT-FW but a LT-USB card (so I didn't downgrade the firmware).

try these steps:

* Run then launch the ARC program. Navigate to DIGITAL I/O and SETTINGS page.

* Set TO DIGITAL OUT to "Remote"

* For Source A, in the bottom right quadrant, locate the source buttons directly above the faders.

* Hold down the CTRL key on the keyboard and select for the first digital channel "LSLOT IN 9"

* The sources should change in order, from L9 through L16. If they do not change, select "LSLOT In 9" through "LSLOT In 16" for each channel in order..

Afterwards, close the ARC, and power cycle the Aurora from the front panel switch.
