Hi All,

My Aurora 16 with LT-TB is randomly turning itself when in use.
It happens fairly regularly, like every hour or so, everything else seems fine and I can turn it back on each time with no issue.
Any ideas what might be going on here?

Thanks

Hi,

Sorry you are having this issue. Just for troubleshooting, can you please remove the LT-TB card and see if the problem persists and let us know?

Thank you.

Hi Mike,

I've remove the LT-TB card and the problem has gone away.  I've also installed the same LT-TB card into my other Aurora and it is functioning fine there.

Hmmm...That is strange....If the first Aurora is OK without the card, it would point to the card being bad. But it would not then be OK in another Aurora....

If you can, please leave the card in the 2nd Aurora for a bit and let us know if the issue appears on that Aurora as well. I would expect it to...

Hi again, still having issues with this.
However after a lot of testing I've found that the problem with the original Aurora shutting off now occur without the LT card installed. So the issue is the Aurora itself, not the LT-TB.

Hi,

Does any part of the Aurora seem unusually warm?

The Aurora may have to come here so we can check it out. Please email to support@lynxstudio.com with your full name, address and phone as well as the serial number of the Aurora. We will send an RMA to you with all instructions.
