Hi there

I recently got my lavry blue hooked to my lynx aurora 16 (FW option) and it's all working great.

I just have a problem with the aurora software/mixer... I have selected digital inputs 1+2 to go straight out of analogue outs 15+16.. This works but now I want to change it to something else and I cannot. I only see analogues 1-8 when I click to change the output... I have tried to change the setting to "analogue 1-16 Digital 1-16" (i.e 32 channel option on the menu) but this doesn't remedy the problem.

Analogue's 1 -16 are working fine in my DAW and I have no hardware problems . I just can't select the 2nd 8 channels in the mixer software..

Any ideas?

Are you using firmware rev 15 for the LTFW card?

I already had that revision..

I have the option to select anaolgue 1-16 and digtal 1 -16 but when I do my mac just freezes and then crashes

on a few occasions i've managed to make it change without crashing but i don't know why or how

Hmmm, do you have any audio software open when you launch the ARC app? If so, try it with the audio software closed. 

Also, you might try restoring defaults on the Aurora before launching ARC. To do so: 
 
1. Power down the Aurora 
2. Pull the AC power cable firewire cable
3. Press and hold the Sample Rate button while plugging the unit back in. 
4. Wait about 2 seconds, release the Sample Rate button 
5. Power up the Aurora with the front panel switch.
6. Set TO ANALOG OUT to "LSLOT IN"
7. Reconnect the Firewire Cable
