With synchrolock engaged, there should be no difference in clock performance by slaving to the digital input.

I recently got off the phone with one of the support techs. (Very helpful) And he had me clock the Lynx via AES and it seems solid right now. Any pros/cons of doing it that way vs wordclock? Thank you for the reply!

Have you tried slaving to Digital in, instead of wordclock?

I've just acquired a 2192 and planned on using it as my master clock and main converter connected to my Aurora16 (w/LTHD card) via AES inputs/outputs. I'm using a BNC cable for word clock. When I power on the UA2192 first, and then the Lynx (which is set to EXT). The Aurora defaults to 88.2k while the 2192 is outputting 44.1k. I've gotten it to work only once, every other time it's always not clocking at the same frequency. Is this a driver issue? Or does anyone have any ideas for this problem? It's worked once, and then the next day it won't sync. I'm back to using the Aurora as the main clock now, but I'd prefer to use the 2192. Thank you for any ideas!
