Hi everyone!
Here is the thing. I've bought on eBay a card Lynx Two and it behaves itself weirdly. And I don't know if I've missed something in setup or there is something wrong with the card itself. When I'm trying to use Outs 1&2 in Demo test (both physical connection and driver assigned to Outs 1&2 ) I can hear only one channel even thought the meter shows that both channels have the signal going out. When I switch driver for Outs 3&4 (without changing the cables) I'm starting to hear another channel, but only one, the sound in the first channel disappears. What would be a proper setting for it so I could hear both channels simultaneously? Please help me, I'm kinda getting lost in this.. Thank you! (Win7/64, driver 2.0 Built 20, Lynx Two-A Firmware 33) |

If it is Our cable set, the correct Outputs would be labelled Out 1 and Out 2. Did the seller include a non-Lynx cable set to go with the card?
Here's what Our cables look like:

Hi Paul,
it's hard to say, I don't know how your cable looks like...seems like the cable is original one, the 25 pin connector is marked as L2AUDIO. Maybe he just swap the labels on the cable, I don't know. But it was really weird :) PS: BTW, the card sounds just great, I love it! You've done excellent job with it, thank you. |

What color is the D25 connector on the L2AUDIO cable?
Black is for the LynxTWO-A (4 in/4 out) Blue is for the LynxTWO-B (2 in/6 out) Grey is for the LynxTWO-C (6 in/2 out) Yours should be Black. If you click on the link I included above, you can also see that the connectors are color coded. OUT1 should be WHITE and OUT2 should be RED. That way even if the labels fell off, you can still figure out what channels are what. |

Hi David,
Yes, the connector is black, and now I use white and red XLR's for outs 1&2. So apparently the issue was with the stickers. But I'm glad that it's resolved now. Thank you for your willingness to help ![]() |
