Since launching our new web site last year, Lynx created a new support ticket system to keep track of all customer inquiries to better serve our customers support requests.  The support ticket system is working extremely well, and as such we will be shutting down the support forum in favor of the new support ticket system.

The support forum will continue to be searchable for several months, but new support requests should go through the new ticket system.
