I have an Aurora 16 LT-TB with firmware 2.8. It used to work in the past, but now, when i load a setup in Lynx Mixer the Aurora becomes non responsive for Lynx Mixer. All the front controls become active again.

I updated to the firmware to the july 2017 version 6.2; no change.

When i start from scratch, build my new settings, it works. When i save this scene, it still works. When i load that just saved scene, the Aurora locks up. The red input led of ch16 is steady on.

OSX Sierra 10.12.6
MacBook Pro (Retina, Mid 2012) 2.3 GHz Intel Core i7

what's happening?

What driver is this?
You can tell by opening the Lynx Mixer and clicking Mixer > About.
Mixer version = ?

I think the problem is with Saving the mixer settings as older saved settings reload fine.

Could you please email the problem scene file to support@lynxstudio.com. most likely that one scene got corrupted. You may just need to recreate that scene and resave it.
Thank you,

I will send it, but i already tried what you suggested.

1. Start from scratch, (Mixer>Restore Defaults)
2. save,
3. reload the saved file
 ->lockup.

Rolled back to 58B and a reload of a (58C)saved setup loads fine.
I miss the ZOOM function of 58C.
Please fix 58C!

The scene you sent us was saved with 58B, not 58C.  I don't think that was the problem but we are unable to reproduce the problem you described.  We have not had any other complaints of similar to this, so I'm not quite sure what might be going on.
Thank you,

I have sended two scene's. One saved by 58B (AES uit spiegeld analoog in LynxMixer.lms) and one saved by 58C (default test.lms). The latter causes the problem. Please look at the email again.

What else can i try and what else can i send you to help me here? The problem is 100% reproducible.

That second scene (default test.lms) is certainly corrupted (you can see the error at the very end of the file for two of the controls), but that shouldn't cause the problem you are describing (and doesn't on my system!).  I'll check it out again.

I think it is very interesting that:
a setup saved by 58B is correctly loaded by 58C
a setup saved by 58C is correctly loaded by 58B
but:
a setup saved by 58C is NOT loaded by 58C

I tried both scenes you sent us on my Aurora 16-TB with Build 58C and did not have the trouble you described, so I'm not sure what might be up with this one.  We will be coming out with a new driver very shortly to support the Aurora(n) with an LM-DIG so please give that a try when it is posted.

The new 58D solves the issue. Saving and recalling is possible again. Thanks.

Very strange.  Did not change anything... but I'm glad it is working for you!  Thanks for the update.
