My Aurora 8 LT-FW is not working and I want to send it in to Lynx so they can fix it and install a USB card, but I can't submit support ticket because I can't get to the website.

Every time I go to Lynxstudio.com I get a Database Error page. Anyone knows when the website will be back up?
