Hi,
I have a problem with my aurora lynx 16 device that i have connected all the cables correctly and the device worked but suddenly it freezes with all the lights on... I don't know where is the problem i tried to fix the problem by updating the device and it didn't work too, I also connected the aurora with another PC but it didn't work too, and all the lights are on. If you can help me i will highly appreciated that, Best regards

Have you pulled the AC plug out of the unit for ten seconds and then plugged it back in?  This happened to me once and it solved the problem.

That may be a firmware issue. We would have to get it here to check it out.  Did this happen after an update attempt?

If you can send the serial number along with your name, address, phone and email, we can send an RMA to you.
