Lynx Hilo connected via USB to Sonore ultraRendu does not work as expected, as far as I understand the problem is that the ultraRendu operating system is based on Linux. In a review with Sonore specialists, I pushed them out that they were aware of this problem, but from their words they offered your company to give them a sample of Lynx Hilo to study the problem. I read your position here as to whether Lynx Hilo is compatible with USB 2.0 and this is not your problem, but in the end the problem is for users, it can only be solved jointly by two manufacturers, not by us to users. Is it possible to shift the problem of compatibility with Linux? There are a huge number of devices and they are running Linux, for example, users of devices based on Raspberry Pi B + / Pi2 / Pi3 will also complain about the incompatibility with Lynx Hilo. Who can help in this if not your company?
