The first thing to try it to turn off the computer, remove the card and carefully clean the PCI contacts with a lint-free cloth. They can sometimes oxidize after sitting the in the computer for a long time.

If this does not help, the card will likely need to come here for service. If this is the case, please email your name, address, phone, email, and the serial number of the card and we can get an RMA to you with all instructions.

Please look in the Event Viewer > Windows Log > System and search for LynxWDM entries.  The most recent entry with an "Error" indicator should give more details as to why the driver didn't load.  Please let us know what the more detailed error message contains.

After cleaning , this device appear another error : "This device cannot find enough free resources that it can use. (Code 12)
If you want to use this device, you will need to disable one of the other devices on this system."

Very strange.  It seems as if your computer has run out of resources to allocate to the card - which is nearly impossible.  How much memory does the computer have?  What are the other devices are in the computer?

In Device Manager, you can "View Resource by Type" and select "Interrupt request (IRQ)" and tell us what other devices are using the same interrupt as the LynxTWO-B.
Thank you,

My computer has 4GB RAM. The other devices are using the same interrupt as the Lynx TWO-B :

Has this LynxTWO-B ever worked for you?  It is possible that it has older firmware on it, and the firmware needs to be updated.  If has worked previously for you, then it is more likely that the hardware has developed a problem and needs service.
