Is the Hilo connected to your computer? It needs to be for the LT-TB to be "seen" in the ABOUT screen.

Is this Mac or PC?

I just purchased a Hilo (Firmware version 7.0 PROM2) with LT-TB card installed, but when I power up and check the info page for the unit, it is showing no card present in the L-Slot. I opened up the unit and checked, and the LT-TB card appears to be seated correctly, and with the power on one of the green LED's on the LT-TB card is flashing and one is solid, so it's obviously getting power from the unit.

Obviously I can't update or install any new firmware since the LT-TB is the only way to interface with the computer, and it's not being recognized by the Hilo. What do I do?
