I see from other posts that you are running driver Build 56A.  Please upgrade to Build 57 (posted today) that corrects a 1 sample offset issue with the Hilo-TB.

Audio recorded in Pro Tools shows late on the grid. I have to go in and push the soundbite file back to align it. I did not have this issue with my previous sound interface, Focusrite Liquid Saffire 56.
I am running Firmware 6.1 on HILO-TB

Any ideas what could be the cause?
