Hello, i've got lynx aes16e card connected to aurora 8 in a pc with win7 64 bitz and pro tools 10.
 I see that, even if i switch off syncstart from the lynxaes16e options, somehow it turns on when I'm recording in pro tools. Is there a way to swith it off permanently? tanx! Juno

Why do you need to turn of SyncStart?  Normally there would be no reason to even bother with that control.  SyncStart is required for ASIO so all the devices start in sync.

I noticed a fuller sound/ nicer clock in pro tools when it's not on...  i tried with the mixer lock but it starts in any case.

Trust me, there is no chance SyncStart has anything to do with audio quality.
