Hi Andy,

If you have not made any changes to Aurora settings or routing, you can just use the master power switch.

If you have made changes, power down using the front panel power button one time to save those changes, as powering down by killing the AC will not save them.

One space above and below would be great if you have them. Aurora is designed to run warm though, since there is no noisy fan. The front panel and the chassis act as heat sinks.

Hi,

Should be easy questions...

1) When shutting down for the night, do I need to shut the Aurora off first or just power down the power supply? (At that point, the Aurora is in standby already.)

2) How many extra rack spaces should I leave above and/or below the Aurora?
