Hi,

Here is the setup

2013 Mac pro OS X 10.9

Pro Tools 11.1.3 (I think)

Magma 3T chassis for HD X card

(2) Aurora 16's w / LT-HD cards (Port 2 on HDX card)

(1) Avid i/o 16x16 (Port 1 on HDX card)

(1) Antelope OCX master clock

After repeated failed firmware updates I finally got one of the 16's to update.  Move on to the 2nd Aurora 16 and get a "eeprom" failed message and now the unit is completely dead and will not power on.  I'm also have issues with the other lynx getting it to sync properly.

The OCX feeds word clock to Avid i/o then word clock out of Avid i/o to each Aurora in series.  Should I try using separate word clock outputs from the OCX instead of in series?

Thanks,

Matt

Hi, Matt,

I believe Paul responded via yous support email...

Did you also update the LT-HD card in the first Aurora? That is a separate update. You would select LT-HD from the "Unit to Update" pulldown in the Updater.

Hi,

Yes I just responded to Paul's email.  I don't think I did update the LT-HD I didn't realize that was in a pull down menu in the updater?

Thanks for your help,

Best,

Matt
