Power off/on Hilo on WIN7 Restart

   Since installing the new Windows USB driver 2.20, I have to power cycle using standby button Hilo after every Windows restart.   That didn't happen before the new driver.   Also the desktop remote app intermittently disconnects since the USB 2.20 update and the latest remote update.   Also there have been a few times since the update when Hilo wouldn't show the correct sample rate being played.    
Running WIN7 under boot camp on latest gen Mac Mini.
