Feature Request: True Peak Meters ITU R128

   There is a new, better standard now (ITU R128) for measuring, broadcasting and correcting loudness and I would like to see it implemented in Hilo.   It is implemented with some sophisticated algorithms but apparently doesn't require much computing power although it does involve oversampling the signal.    I have been demoing TC Electronic's TruePeak meter DAW plugin and like it a lot.   Unfortunately it costs anywhere from $50 to $450.
